Agency Director

Missy's background includes over 20 years in family and individual counseling, maternity and adoption services, research, and consultation. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, which is the highest national certification. Missy is certified as a Professional Open Adoption Practitioner. She was formerly the director of two adoption agencies and a pregnancy crisis center.  She has also served as President of the Louisiana Adoption Agencies Association and was a member of the Governor’s Advisory Committee for the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Commission. Missy assists families through the entire process, from intake through finalization of the adoption.
 

Lisa Trombetta, LCSW
Family Services Caseworker

Lisa has assisted families for over 10 years as a medical social worker.  As an adoptive parent herself, Lisa brings both professional and personal experience to her work at the agency. Lisa conducts the home visits and educates families about various aspects of adoption.

Glynda B. Hicks
Administrative Assistant

Glynda has worked for over 20 years with insurance and legal research and documentation preparation. Glynda prepares home-study forms, narratives, and special dossier forms in a professional and timely fashion.
